Returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund (subject to terms & conditions). Our returns address is:

Note: No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on printed shirts unless there is a clearly visible fault. Before purchasing any item of clothing we strongly recommend referring to our sizing guide.

Items may be exchanged for different sizes of the same product only (for example, swapping an away shirt XL for an XXL). If the alternative size requested is not available, you will automatically be issued with a refund of the product cost (shipping charges are non-refundable). For exchanges outside of the UK additional shipping charges will apply.

Refunds will only be issued where a product is faulty, or an alternate size is not available. All refunds will be against the cost of the product(s) only, shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the case of all refunds and exchanges, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags fully intact. If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition it will be returned to the original shipping address, and additional shipping charges will apply. Returns and exchanges can only be accepted with a completed returns note.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return items at their cost (unless an incorrect item is received), and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure proof of delivery. If any item is returned untracked, and is not received by our warehouse, no refund or exchange will be provided. You can also pay for a returns label via our website by clicking here. Once you have paid for your label it will be emailed to you directly via our warehouse. Note. Returns labels can only be purchased for returns within the UK. If you have an international return you will need to return your order via a tracked courier. In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item please contact us for support.

For refunds, please allow 7 working days for the transaction to be processed.

Wrong item received
In the unfortunate and unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item please submit an exchange/refund request via the submission form at the top of this page. A tracked returns label will be emailed to you, and once the item has been returned a replacement will be sent free of charge, or a full refund will be issued depending on your preferred option.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
