1. Replica Kit
Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. Wycombe Wanderers Football Club cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers.
2. Personalisation of Replica Kit
Wycombe Wanderers Football Club (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. An operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.
3. The Contract
A binding contract will be formed between us and you when we send you confirmation via email (“Order Confirmation”) that your order has been accepted. Once payment is received in full by us, you will get legal title of the goods (ownership).
4. Stock Availability
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery. Customers can choose to accept a partially complete order at the time of checkout. If any items are likely to take more than three weeks the club will contact the customer to check with whether they wish to proceed with the order. If any items have been discontinued, we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any article, we will do our utmost to deal with your complaint to your satisfaction. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Pricing Policy
Prices quoted on our website are correct at time of publishing but we reserve the right to vary them up or down due to changes in VAT or any other circumstances which may be beyond our control. All prices stated are inclusive of VAT.
6. Payment
Goods can be paid for by:
· Credit/debit card - MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Electron and Solo. We DO NOT accept American Express or Diners Club cards.

We do not accept cash on delivery
Sterling cheques and postal orders will be banked on receipt. Please allow ten (10) working days for these to clear, which may delay the despatching of your order.
7. Customs Duty Applied
Please note the customer is responsible for all charges that relate to customs or duty that may be applied in certain countries. Wycombe Wanderers Football Club takes no responsibility for these charges or for any delays in your receiving any goods owing to customs’ intervention.
8. Mail Order Delivery
Please note next day deliveries after the 20th December may be affect by national holidays.
With the exception of printed shirts, all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day via your chosen delivery method. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. Printed shirts will be despatched within 5 working days of your order being placed. There are a number of delivery options available at the checkout phase, and displayed options are determined by weight, dimensions and order value.
UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail, YODEL & DHL. Delivery options for your purchase will be displayed during the shopping cart process. Transit times & pricing are as follows;

For all orders outside of the UK shipping prices will be displayed at the final checkout phase.
9. Duties, taxes & delivery
All postal services are shipped as low value items and are not subject to customs clearance and/or duty & tax payments. Express shipments (DHL) outside of the European Union will be subject to duty & taxes, and these are
the sole responsibility of the recipient and are therefore payable by the recipient. Wycombe Wanderers Football Club will accept no liability for any such charges.
All “non-signed for” services whereby proof of postage and/or delivery date & time stamp is received will be deemed as delivered, and no compensation will be offered in the event of any non-delivery claim.
No compensation will be offered in the event of an incorrect delivery address being supplied, and, once your order has been despatched from our warehouse no change of delivery address can be accepted. In this instance your delivery will be returned to our warehouse (where possible), and additional shipping charges will apply.
10. Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund (subject to terms & conditions). Our returns address is:

Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for different sizes of the same product* only (for example, swapping an away shirt XL for an XXL). If the alternative size requested is not available, you will automatically be issued with a refund of the product cost (shipping charges are non-refundable). For exchanges outside of the UK additional shipping charges will apply. Before purchasing any item of clothing we strongly recommend referring to our sizing chart.
*Excluding personalised goods (such as printed replica kit) unless there is a clearly visible fault, videos, CDs, DVDs, and magazines/programmes. For hygiene reasons, earrings and body bars cannot be resold by us if returned with packaging opened. Except in the case of faulty merchandise, we will not refund earrings and body bars where the goods have been unsealed and they have become unsuitable for resale.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued where a product is faulty, or an alternate size is not available. All refunds will be against the cost of the product(s) only, shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the case of all refunds and exchanges, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags fully intact*. If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition it will be returned to the original shipping address, and additional shipping charges will apply. Returns and exchanges can only be accepted with a completed returns note.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return items at their cost (unless an incorrect item is received), and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure proof of delivery. If any item is returned untracked, and is not received by our warehouse, no refund or exchange will be provided.
For refunds, please allow 7 working days fir the transaction to be processed.

Wrong item received
In the unfortunate and unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item please visit our returns page to submit a returns request. Once submitted our warehouse will email you a returns label, and once the item has been returned a replacement will be sent free of charge. If an item is not available, then a full refund, including shipping, will be provided.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
