With the exception of printed shirts, all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day via your chosen delivery method. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. Printed shirts will be despatched within 5 working days of your order being placed. There are a number of delivery options available at the checkout phase, and displayed options are determined by weight, dimensions and order value.
UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail, YODEL & DHL. Delivery options for your purchase will be displayed during the shopping cart process.
Duties, taxes & delivery
All postal services are shipped as low value items and are not subject to customs clearance and/or duty & tax payments. Express shipments (DHL) outside of the European Union will be subject to duty & taxes, and these are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and are therefore payable by the recipient. Wycombe Wanderers Football Club will accept no liability for any such charges.
All “non-signed for” services whereby proof of postage and/or delivery date & time stamp is received will be deemed as delivered, and no compensation will be offered in the event of any non-delivery claim.
No compensation will be offered in the event of an incorrect delivery address being supplied, and, once your order has been despatched from our warehouse no change of delivery address can be accepted. In this instance your delivery will be returned to our warehouse (where possible), and additional shipping charges will apply.
All online orders are despatched directly from our fulfilment warehouse.
